In a recent development within the NBA, the Golden State Warriors have finalized a deal to send guard Cory Joseph to the Indiana Pacers, as confirmed by several sources.
ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski has further detailed that the Pacers intend to release Joseph upon his arrival.

Despite the Pacers' active engagement in the trade market prior to the deadline, securing Doug McDermott from San Antonio and sending Buddy Hield to Philadelphia, they seem to have different plans that don't include Joseph.
With an average of just 2.4 points and 1.6 assists across 26 appearances for Golden State this season, Joseph's performance has been modest. Over his 13-year career, he has maintained averages of 6.9 points, 3.0 assists, and 2.5 rebounds per game.
Interestingly, this trade marks Joseph's potential return to Indiana, where he previously played from 2017 to 2019, although it appears his tenure with the Pacers will be short-lived this time around
