The New York Giants will take on the Philadelphia Eagles at Lincoln Financial Field on Sunday afternoon and, in what should come as little surprise, will limp to the finish line of the 2024 regular season.
Head coach Brian Daboll informed reporters on Friday afternoon that several players who didn’t practice this week will be out in Week 18, including linebacker Micah McFadden and center John Michael Schmitz.
The news was a bit more positive on rookie wide receiver Malik Nabers, who popped up on the Thursday injury report with a toe issue.
“He will be okay,” Daboll said.
Anyone else who is capable of playing will play, Daboll added. Their goal is to win the game and not worry about the 2025 NFL draft position.
“We put everything we got into it,” he said. “It’s what we’ll do this week.”
